Interested in earning some community service hours and helping out local non-profits? Head to the Bonner Leader Program’s “Engage & Empower” event on February 24th!
The Opportunity: During this immersive service experience, students will have the opportunity to learn more about and engage with community partners/organizations such as Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry, Hope Lodge, Metanoia, and the CofC Gender Sexuality Center. Students will also be able to take part in dialogue and learning more about Charleston and the issues the city faces such as food deserts, K12 education, and more.
When & Where: The event will be…
- On Saturday, February 24th, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.
- In RITA room 101
