Considering a career in public health? The CDC’s Public Health Associate Program is an ideal next step.

The CDC Public Health Associate Program (PHAP) is a competitive two-year, paid training program for recent college graduates who are interested in a career in public health. PHAP gives recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on, real-life experience in the day-to-day operations of public health programs. Associates may be placed at a variety of host sites from state, tribal, or local governments to non profit organizations working on a variety of public health topics.
