“I think what we’ve just seen with the president is extra-Constitutional action,” Romney said in response to a question at the forum, airing on Fox News on Saturday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The session was taped earlier in the afternoon at the Sottile Theatre at the College of Charleston, a week before the South Carolina primary.
