Update with OAKS Cross-listing

All time-senstive Helpdesk tickets regarding OAKS cross-listing requests have been completed. Due to the urgency of the requests and the vendor not fixing the issue until January 2, the OAKS administrator worked over the weekend to complete the backlog of Helpdesk tickets submitted since December 2012. All delayed requests should now be complete.

If you have a request to cross-list your courses, please be sure to add your CRN (Course Number) in your request to minimize any delay in servicing your request.
The initial announcement follows:
OAKS was upgraded to Version 10 on December 18th. Following the upgrade, the IT OAKS administrator discovered a cross-listing applications software error. A high priority ticket was submitted immediately to Desire2Learn and was resolved by the vendor on January 2, 2013. No cross-listing requests made by faculty prior to the upgrade were processed by IT prior to the upgrade because they would need to be re-implemented following the upgrade.  Now the OAKS administrator is working quickly to complete the high volume of cross-listing requests that have been received since December 2012. IT understands the importance of these requests and will work through the weekend to complete the current backlog of cross-listing requests by the end of the day January 7.
