Welcome to the Fall 2014 semester. Below is a listing of free fitness classes being offered during the week of August 19- 22. Starting Monday, August 25, will will begin our fall semester fitness classes during regularly schedule times. Please click here for Fall 2014 Group Fitness Schedule.
Tuesday, August 19- Boot Camp at the George Street Fitness Center from 4:15- 5:00 PM.
Wednesday, August 20- ZUMBA Fitness at the Silcox Gym from 5:30-6:30 Pm and Power Yoga at the Johnson Center, room J-201, from 8:15- 9:15 PM.
Thursday, August 21- Cougar Core at the George Street Fitness Center from 6:30-7:15 PM.
Friday, August 22- Sanity at the Johnson Center, room J-201, from 4:30-5:00 PM.
