Commission Announces Freshman Candidates

Today, the Elections Commission announced the approved candidates for Freshman elections in Fall 2007. These students have proved to be in good academic and displinary standing with the College of Charleston. They maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher and have the support of students in their class.

CofC Student Discount Card

New for the 2007-2008 school year, the Student Government Association is offering a discount card to the College of Charleston community. This card allows students, faculty, and staff to receive discounts around Charleston at retail shops, restaurants, barber shops, and many more.

Student Leadership Summit Registration

As defined by The Compass, the Student Leadership Summit is a retreat for student organization leaders on campus to learn the do’s and don’ts of campus policy. It is a requirement for all organizations to have a representative at the Summit.

New Printing Policy for Students

This Summer, after hearing the recommendations of a campus committee made up of students, faculty, and staff members, the College of Charleston Board of Trustees approved a proposal to charge for excessive printing in the Addlestone library computer labs.
