Discrepancies between your Banner course roll and your OAKS course classlist/roll will be resolved overnight (1/10-1/11). All synchronization issues should be fixed tomorrow, Friday, January 11th. With the help of IT Networking, no downtime will be required.
Requests such as cross-listing courses, enrolling instructors/fake students/etc., or enrollments in non-Banner (special or DEV) courses still need to be reported to the helpdesk for resolution. Please remember to include course numbers in your requests.
