Registration for STEM 360 Pre-College Summer Program of the School of Sciences and Mathematics is now open. The sessions are held Monday, July 17 – Friday, July 21, 2023, 9am-4pm daily. The registration fee is $300. All rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are welcome to register for the program. Applicants will be reviewed until the program reaches capacity. Once your application has been processed, we’ll send you an email with a complete timeline, checklist, instructions for payment, and remaining paperwork. Please complete the online registration by May 31, 2023.

Join us for the 10th annual STEM Education Day at Women’s Basketball, presented by the College of Charleston School of Sciences and Mathematics. Experience hands-on activities and demonstrations related to science, technology, engineering and math by College of Charleston Faculty as well as local STEM organizations and then enjoy the Lady Cougars basketball game.

The 2023 Lowcountry Science Fair will be held in-person on March 30th at the College Center, Trident Tech. Judges are required to complete judging with the help of a grading rubric (to be provided by LHSM). The time to be present at the venue depends on the type of judging you choose. Category and Special Awards judging will take place from 9am to 11:30am. The final judging is scheduled from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. Light refreshments will be served at the Judges’ Suite. Please complete the online registration at your earliest convenience. You will be notified of your category and division a week before the competition.
