Why did you choose your program?

• I chose this program because it completes my minor courses as well as satisfying my study abroad requirement for my major. It fits in perfectly with my selected studies. Another huge influence on my decision was knowing Professor Hanahan as one of the faculty members leading the program.

What goals have you set for your time abroad?

• The most major goal I have for myself is to improve my speaking skills. I understand what I can read/write/hear for the most part, but the process of speaking has always been difficult for me. I also wanted to learn about the lifestyle and culture in Spain by immersing myself and to never say no to opportunities that may be offered to me during my studies.

What research have you done about your host country?

• The only research I did about Trujillo was about the charging adapters and how far Trujillo was away from Madrid.
