George Dickinson, Paul Roof, & Karin Roof recently published their paper, “End-of-Life Issues in US Veterinary Medicine Schools” in Society and Animals (2010, vol. 18 (2), page 152-162). This paper was based on survey research of the 28 US veterinary medicine schools in the United States. Dickinson is a Professor of Sociology at the College of Charleston. Paul Roof is Assistant Professor o f Sociology at Charleston Southern University, and Karin Roof is the Director of Survey Research in the College of Charleston’s Office of Accountability, Accreditation, Planning and Assessment.
