Published a book review of Martin Eisner. Boccaccio and the Invention of Italian. Dante, Petrarch, Cavalcanti, and the Authority of the Vernacular Literature. New York: Cambridge UP, 2013. in Annali d’Italianistica 34.1 (2017): 532-34.

Published an article entitled, “Flora, Fauna, and Marsilio Ficino in Luigi Pulci’s Morgante.” Forum Italicum 57.1 (2017): 203-17.

Organized a panel entitled, The Vernacular Literature of the Quattrocento fiorentino at the American Association of Italian Studies Annual Conference (AAIS) at The Ohio State University in April 2017.

Presented an academic paper entitled, “Poich’io partii da voi: The Bible Rewritten in Luigi Pulci’s Verse” at the American Association of Italian Studies Annual Conference (AAIS) at The Ohio State University in April 2017.

On September 28th 2017 the Italian Studies Program held a meet-and-greet at Circe’s Grotto Restaurant. The event was entitled, “Pasta, Panini, and Professori.” A large turnout of current and prospective students enjoyed the event; no one left hungry.
