  • Provide step-by-step instructional documents and videos tutorials (e.g. materials do not include specific course-related assignment instructions).
  • Assistance with downloading/installing specialty software (e.g. Office 365, Read&Write, Google Drive, and other college supported software.)
  • Assistance with basic course navigation in OAKS (e.g. How to upload assignments, check grades, post a discussion, etc.)
  • Inform students of new available tools (e.g. OneNote, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Assistance with locating and navigating the Self-Service and Support System portal (e.g. How to reset passwords, submit a ticket, chat with helpdesk, etc.)
