Degrees have been awarded for students that applied for and completed all degree requirements in Fall 2022.

You can verify by checking your unofficial transcript in MyPortal.

Diplomas should be sent out in 6 to 8 weeks.

The College of Charleston has authorized Credentials Solutions/Parchment to provide online transcript ordering, printing, and delivery.  Order online via MyCharleston or the Credentials Solutions/Parchment website.   More information can be found on our website:  https://registrar.cofc.edu/transcripts/official-transcripts.php

Current and former students should use the Credentials Solutions/Parchment ordering service available through MyCharleston to authenticate and avoid completing the Signature Authorization Form.

  • Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups.
  • Login to MyCharleston
  • Select either the Academic Services or the Alumni tab
  • Look for the Transcripts channel
  • Click the Official Academic Transcript Request link; this will open the Credentials Solutions/Parchment site in a new window.

Alumni who do not have a current MyCharleston account may order directly with Credentials Solutions/Parchment.

Students who may not have access to a major credit card or the Internet should contact the Registrar’s Office.

The College of Charleston is experiencing a campus-wide server hardware failure.  Our IT department is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  The MyCharleston portal will not be accessible during this time.  Official transcript ordering will also be delayed as part of this system outage.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This Friday, Credentials Solutions, the authorized transcript ordering service for the College of Charleston, will be undergoing a service enhancement project.  As part of the enhancement, transcript ordering services may be temporarily unavailable for 4 – 8 hours the evening of Friday, January 13 after 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Online transcript requests are now available through our third party vendor, Parchment Exchange.  Requests can be made using the Request Official Transcripts channel on the Academic Services or Alumni tab in MyCharleston.  For more information, please visit our Transcripts page.
