MyCharleston Service Disruption

Updated 8/24/15 at 12:00pm: The College of Charleston’s MyCharleston has been restored and is operating normally. If you should have questions, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 953-3375 or helpdesk@cofc.edu.

The College of Charleston’s MyCharleston is experiencing an unscheduled disruption in service.  Information Technology is aware of the situation and working to restore service.

Randolph Hall Internet Maintenance

SERVICE: Randolph Hall Internet Connectivity Maintenance
IMPACT: Randolph Hall wired Network and Internet connectivity will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
DATE: Thursday, August 13th, 2015
TIME: 4:00am – 4:30am

OVERVIEW: On Thursday, August 13th, 2015, at 4:00 AM through 4:30 AM, Network Engineering will perform software upgrades to network equipment within Randolph Hall. Wired network and Internet connectivity will be unavailable during this maintenance window. Wireless network and internet connectivity will not be affected.

IMPACT: Wired network and wireless Internet connectivity at Harbor Walk, North Campus, Grice, Patriots Point, Central Stores, and Dixie Plantation will be unavailable during this maintenance window.
DATE: Thursday, August 13th, 2015
TIME: 10:00pm – 11:00pm

OVERVIEW: On Thursday, August 13th, 2015, at 10:00 PM through 11:00 PM, Network Engineering will perform software upgrades to equipment that connects Harbor Walk, North Campus, Grice, Patriots Point, Dixie Plantation, and Central Stores to the main campus. Wired and wireless network and Internet connectivity will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

IMPACT: The College wireless network services will be intermittent for users during this maintenance window.

OVERVIEW: On Wednesday, August 12th, 2015 , starting at 12:00 AM through 4:00 AM, Network Engineering will perform software upgrades to the wireless access points at the College. Wireless connectivity at all campus locations, including remote sites, will be intermittent during this maintenance window.
