The College of Charleston wireless network is undergoing maintenance tonight, 11/1/2017.
Wireless service may be intermittent between 10PM-4:00AM.
After this maintenance, the College of Charleston will be fully patched against the wireless security vulnerability discussed in our prior email notification.

Recent updates to Google’s Chrome browser (versions 55 & 56) are causing issues with MyCharleston not loading properly.
SERVICE: CofC-Guest Wireless Network
IMPACT: Wireless network access for CofC-guest will be unavailable

TIME: 8:30PM to 10:30PM
OVERVIEW: On Thursday, August 27th at 8:30PM through 10:30PM, Network Engineering will perform emergency maintenance on the Guest network to resolve an issue with the servers that control internet access for users connected to CofC-Guest. Wireless network access for CofC-Guest will be unavailable during this maintenance window. As a reminder for any students, faculty or staff of the College, please connect to CofC-Secure for wireless access.
