VPN Software Upgrade

SERVICE: Internal and External VPN
IMPACT: Internal and External VPN Access will be intermittent throughout the identified maintenance window.
DATE: Thursday, September 10, 2015
TIME: 12:00PM to 1:00PM

OVERVIEW: On Thursday, September 10th from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, Network Engineering will perform a software upgrade on equipment that supports the internal and external VPN. During this time, internal and external VPN access will be intermittent. Once upgraded, clients will be prompted to upgrade their VPN client and/or host checker software upon connecting to the VPN.
