What can you expect?
- Our process of re-imaging or updating software applications each semester requires that the computer be “wiped clean” of existing data. If you wish to keep any files on the computer please back them up.
- When you request software to be installed please provide additional information such as license information, websites with the download link, CDs, etc.
- Please keep in mind that some software may not be able to be installed due to incompatibility issues with the operating systems or other software that is already installed on the computers. If this is the situation, we will work with you and the vendors for possible solutions.
We look forward to working with you. Please contact the Helpdesk at HelpDesk@cofc.edu or (843) 953-3375 option #3.
