Microsoft Exchange Service Disruption

The College of Charleston’s Microsoft Exchange system is experiencing an unscheduled disruption in service for inbound and outbound mail. Mail that has been sent or received external to campus has been delayed — but not lost.  Once services are restored – mail sitting in inbound and outbound queues will be delivered.

  • Mail on campus is not affected.  (example — from @cofc.edu to @cofc.edu)
  • Mail to/from students is delayed. (example — to or from @cofc.edu to or from @g.cofc.edu)
  • Mail to/from external addresses is delayed.
