SERVICE: Service Disruption for Financial Year-end Processing

IMPACT:  The Banner environment, which includes Banner Self-service, Banner INB and MyCharleston, will not be available during this scheduled service disruption.

DATE:  Monday, June 30th

TIME:  Monday, June 30th at 5:00 PM until approximately 12:05 a.m. on July 1st.

OVERVIEW:  Financial year-end processing will take place on Monday, June 30th. As a result, the Banner environment, which includes Banner Self-service, Banner INB and MyCharleston, will not be available during this scheduled service disruption.  The following applications will not be available during this time:

  • Banner Finance, HR/PY, Admissions, AR, Financial Aid and Student
  • Banner Self-service Finance, Employee, Financial Aid and Academic Services
  • MyCharleston, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, Axiom, POSM, eProcurement, BDMS, WorkFlow

During the service disruption, MyCharleston will not be available. OAKS, Cmail, Outlook Web Access, and Community Forums will be available and operating normally. When MyCharleston is unavailable an alternative webpage will be displayed that will outline how to access applications that are within the MyCharleston portal.
