SERVICE: Installation of new wireless equipment

OVERVIEW:
As part of the Wireless Project IT will be installing the new wireless equipment in the buildings below over Spring Break, March 3-7. During this time wireless access may be intermittent.

Additionally over Spring Break, Physical Plant will be installing the pathways necessary to install wireless in Randolph Hall. After the pathways and cabling are complete, we anticipate the wireless installation for Randolph Hall and Block 6 (Psychology buildings)(see http://it.cofc.edu/documents/wireless-rollout-plan.pdf) of the Wireless Project to happen at the same time in early April.
IT will also start site visits for Block 7 (Foundation buildings), and Block 8 (Remaining areas), (see http://it.cofc.edu/documents/wireless-rollout-plan.pdf) beginning March 10. After we have reviewed the building layout the College will have cabling contractors on-site to provide additional cabling to locations as necessary.
