WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

DATE: Sunday, February 9, 2014

OVERVIEW:  The following applications will have a service interruption (less than 1 hour but could be longer) sometime between 7:00am and 3:00pm on February 9th, 2014 for scheduled system maintenance:

  • BDMS
  • AXIOM
  • POSM
  • COUGAR CARD
  • Echo360
  • Parking Services
  • Raiser’s Edge
  • Public Safety
  • Resource 25
  • Touchnet
  • SAS (Institutional Research)
  • SharePoint
  • SciQuest/eProcurement
  • StarRez
  • eTranscripts
  • GradesFirst
  • Access to File Servers (very brief)
  • Access to U-Drive (very brief)

Please note: If you plan to use these applications on Sunday, please save your work frequently to minimize any inconvenience. Some application interruptions will be very brief, so if you experience a problem with access, please wait a minute and log in again.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It’s important for IT to perform regular maintenance on these applications to minimize any unplanned outages. All planned maintenance is published on the IT blog at https://blogs.cofc.edu/it.
