There is an known synchronization issue between the Banner class list and the OAKS class list that occurs during the Drop/Add period. This may result in a student’s record not being updated properly in OAKS. The synchronization process between OAKS and Banner has a 99% success rate — as a result a very small number of users may have experienced this issue. It is very important to IT that we find a solution. Internally, we have developed a short term solution that we hope to implement before the start of our Spring 2014 semester. We are also working diligently with our Vendors to find a long term solution. IT will keep the campus updated with progress.
