UPDATE: Upgrade to Banner Systems

Attention Faculty, Staff and Students:

The BATTERY Team has postponed the upgrade of the Banner environment, which includes Banner Self Service and Banner INB, until the weekend of June 4th and 5th. This upgrade requires that these applications be unavailable for an extended period of time during that weekend. Exact outage times will be announced later but we anticipate that the upgrade could take up to two days-Saturday and Sunday. This upgrade will provide new functionality in the Banner environment.

The following applications will not be available during this time:

–       Banner Finance, HR/PY, Admissions, AR, Financial Aid and Student

–       Banner Self Service Finance, Employee, Financial Aid and Academic Services

Access to My Charleston will be available; however any access to Self Service Banner or Banner INB will not be available. Thank you very much for your cooperation during this upgrade.
