Heffernan will be in Charleston this week to serve as guest juror for the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art’s annual “Young Contemporaries” exhibition, debuting Thursday with an opening reception 5-7 p.m. in the Marion and Wayland H. Cato Jr. Center for the Arts. The reception is free.
