History Students Present Research at P.A.T. Conference

Recently, two of our history students presented their research at the Carolinas Regional Phi Alpha Theta Conference at Belmont Abbey College. Pictured below is Micah Shull, an undergrad who presented a paper titled, “One Kingdom: A Rhetorical Analysis of the Anglo-Saxon Kings of the Ninth Century.” Graduate student Chayyim Holtkamp presented, “Cattle, Gold, and Spectacle: The Role of Railroads in Dehumanization during the Holocaust.”

Both students did a wonderful job and represented the Department of History well. Congratulations, Micah and Chayyim!
