On Friday, February 10th at noon the History Department in conjunction with Phi Alpha Theta and the History Club is pleased to host a brown bag luncheon in Tate Center 132 with guest speakers Jon Hale (Education) and Robert Chase (Avery) to celebrate Black History month. Topics for discussion include 20th century Civil Rights. Students and faculty are welcome to attend and feel free to bring lunch.
Honor Society members will attend the annual Phi Alpha Theta Conference held in Charlotte on Saturday, March 24th. This is a national forum for presentation of student research.
