Visit Marion Square (at the intersection of King Street and Calhoun Street) in Charleston, February 15th through the 17th, for some of the SEWE activities. Established in 1982, SEWE held the first event in 1983 which means that this is the 30th year that individuals have had the opportunity to visit SEWE. It is the largest event of its kind in the nation with over 500 exhibitors from around the world. Over 40,000 people will attend SEWE this year alone.

Among other sights and sounds, visitors can expect to see animals, hear music, and observe artists at work during the 3-day event. The goal of SEWE is awareness and promotion of conservation and preservation of nature and its wildlife.

See the brochure for this year’s event or visit the SEWE website.
