The Graduate School Staff

After throwing one of the best parties we’ve hosted, we are sure you’re curious about whom to direct your questions now that Regan Fantry has left the campus.

First, as a reminder, you can reach the Graduate School Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on the third floor of Randolph Hall in suite 310. You can reach us by email at gradstud@cofc.edu, by phone at 843.953.5614, on Facebook, and Twitter.

Anyone interested in learning more about the Graduate School and its degree and certificate programs can touch base with Niki DeWeese Leiva. She is the Director of Information and Recruitment and can answer your questions about our programs. If you would like to do a bit of research on your own, feel free to sift through this blog or visit our website.

If you are interested in applying to one of our programs, please visit http://gradschool.cofc.edu/applyingtograduateschool/index.php to learn more about the application process and requirements for admission. This page offers a wealth of information for any applicant to any graduate program offered at the College of Charleston.  If you have a question concerning your application that you cannot find the answer to online, contact our Director of Admissions, Susan Hallatt.

If you are a student and have questions regarding your bill, please contact the Treasurer’s Office at 843.953.5572. Furthermore, you can reach Financial Aid at 843.953.5540 with questions about your scholarships and aid. Should you have questions about registering for classes, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 843.953.5668.

Students in our joint programs with The Citadel Graduate College and Clemson University should contact Dr. David Owens, the Associate Dean of the Graduate School. Please call our office to speak with him.

Above all, please remember to work with your program director as you work towards your degree. Program directors are the best source of information regarding your program and are an incredible resource for you.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this transition.

How about staff of the grad programs? Who do we see about our paperwork anxiety now that Regan is gone? 🙂 We will miss her very much!

Hi Shelly. For the most part, you can likely send your questions to Dave and Kristen. I will send you a helpful list of resources by email.- Niki
