Hello, my name is Anna Rowe, and I am a rising senior at CofC. I am an honor student double majoring in Psychology and Communication with a minor in Religious Studies. This summer I am visiting Florence, Italy while studying a special topics course in Psychology called Child and Parent Interactions and Behaviors. I am beyond excited not only to see the beauty of Italy but also to learn about child and family life in such a unique cultural setting. I hope to explore as much as I can while abroad, and to soak in every moment. I want to take what I gain in the classroom and apply it to everyday life in Italy. I had the chance to visit Italy last summer while abroad for a Maymester program but was only there for a few days. I can’t wait to spend more time in a country that is abundant in delicious food and has a fascinating culture. I am sure that once I arrive in Florence, I am never going to want to leave!
