The Center for International Education wishes everyone a great start to the Spring 2022 semester. CIE has welcomed our new exchange and degree-seeking students this semester, including our first two students from both the American University in Cairo and University of Stirling.

Despite ongoing challenges created by the pandemic, Fall 2021 was a successful semester where some normalcy returned to the CIE.

We hosted an in-person study abroad fair on Cougar Mall along with numerous international student events to include a gingerbread house-making drop-in at the semester’s conclusion. The highlight event for both the international students and our staff was our Annual international student Thanksgiving dinner. After canceling this dinner in 2020 due to Covid, we were fortunate to relaunch the event in the Cistern with President Hsu in attendance and great November weather in 2021!
