This is my first “diary” entry blog. I plan to start each day with an entry like this. Initially, it will have three components: an acknowledged moment of mindfulness (usually I just listen to my own breathing for 12 breaths, but I may use other practices as well), one thing I am grateful for, and my three top priorities for the day. Here goes:
Mindfulness Moment: Check
I am grateful for my health. Although the Pandemic rages around me, I have been fortunate not to get sick this past year. At my most recent physical, I seemed to be in good shape. I am very thankful for my continued good condition.
Priority 1: Get my daughter enrolled in her school.
Priority 2: Work on flooding paper.
Priority 3: Work on Center fellowship application.
