MLK Challenge is on January 17, 2011. It’s an event during which student teams have six hours, $75, a van, and a faculty member to complete a project for a local nonprofit organization.

MLK Challenge Schedule of Events

9:00 a.m.       Kick-off (Stern Center Ballroom, light breakfast provided)
10:15 a.m.      Depart for Challenges
12:00 p.m.     Lunch Provided
4:30 p.m.       MLK Challenge Return and Reflect (Stern Center Ballroom)

Space is limited, and teams will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  So sign-up ASAP!  Individuals and groups are encouraged to register.  Please note that in order to foster Dr. King’s dream of diversity and to challenge you to meet new people, groups will be split up among the MLK Challenge teams.
