The College of Charleston’s Marlene and Nathan Addlestone Library celebrated National Library Week by accepting canned food items to reduce library fines during the week of April 12 through 18, 2009. All cans collected were given to the Lowcountry Food Bank to help with their relief efforts. This year, 72 students brought in food for fines and the College of Charleston Libraries received more than 900 cans of food.

Summer I (094) – Electronic Resources for Research (1)
Prepare yourself for the fall semester! This course concentrates upon theory and application of electronic information resources for research purposes. These sources will include online library systems, computerized indexes/abstracts, and the Internet. Some basic knowledge and understanding of library research is assumed. No face to face meeting required. Students must have internet access.
