Some websites, such as the blogs, contain RSS feeds. An RSS feed is just a URL or web address that you can subscribe to. Then anytime an update is made to the blog, podcast or news feed, etc. you will receive an update. Feed My Inbox allows you to subscribe to an RSS feed and have those notifications come to your email instead of requiring you to go to a separate reader.
