New Feature!!! – Innovative Instruction

Innovative Instruction is a new feature on the TLT blog. This is a place where we will highlight faculty and their effective use of technology in their teaching and with their students. Our first video highlights Merissa Ferrara, a professor in the Communication Department.  Watch the video to see how Dr. Ferrara’s students turned in their sissors and glue for a more interactive mode of self-discovery!

Thanks for this video–it’s great to know that others are using VoiceThread and that there are so many ways to use it in pedagogically sound manners.

It’s so great to see faculty using technology (blogs, Voicethread) to enrich their teaching and to engage students in active and expressive learning. Thanks to all our educational technologists for their creativity, training, and patience as we learn! Sara Davis
