The three finalists will be recognized and the awardee announced during a ceremony on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 7:00pm in Arnold Hall of the Jewish Studies Center at the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C. The S.C. Hispanic Leadership Council and the Francis Marion Hotel in downtown Charleston will co-sponsor this event. Dr. Mark P.
