College to Cancel Classes Starting at 2 p.m.
As a precautionary action because of possible high winds, rain and flooding, the College of Charleston is canceling all classes and labs that begin Friday at 2 p.m. or later. Lee-Chin Siow and Jonathan Brilliant Recieve Fellowships
