Final Project Overview

The Final Project for this course counts for 30% of your grade for the course.

The Final Project consists of two parts: an extended researched analysis (24% of course grade) and a creative response (6% of course grade).

The Creative Response (to be presented in class Tuesday April 21 or Thursday April 23) is intended to encourage you to consider, beyond the confines of the traditional literary analysis or research paper, how you might express to a similarly informed audience your engagement with the texts and related concepts and ideas we are studying this semester. See here for the extended assignment description of the Creative Response.

The Extended Researched Analysis (due Monday April 27 in OAKS at 11pm) will be on a topic you develop to suit your interests, based on the ongoing focus of the course materials and discussion. There are many possibilities: see  the extended assignment description of the Extended Researched Analysis.
