Residence Halls
Support for the computer network in the residence halls and historic houses are provided by Campus Technologies (1-866-RESNET1). Some residence halls are wired, some are wireless. If you are not sure which yours is, please check here to find out.
To setup your computer to use the residence hall network, please follow these instructions. You will need to be in the residence hall in order to follow these instructions.
If you are off campus and use a Microsoft Windows based computer, you can go ahead and install the Cisco Clean Access agent. This software helps to keep the residence hall network secure by checking to make sure that your computer has the latest Symantec anti-virus software that we provide and also to make sure it has the latest security patches.
If you are trying to connect a video game system to the network in the residence halls, you must register it so they can configure the network to allow it to connect.
