Student Computing Support, in conjunction with the SGA, has added two new printers to the atrium in the Education Center Lobby. These printers are tied into the system that the library uses, so your 300 free pages can be used there as well as in the library.
The computers in the education center lobby have the print client on them so you can print from there, or you can download the print client and print from your own computer when you are on the cofc-secure wireless network.
Double sided printing is now available in the Addlestone library computer lab at both the Earth and Venus Printers. To take advantage of this new option, simply select ‘DoubleSided’ as the printer when you go to print your document.
Hawkes learning has released new versions of their software (the most common one is essential calculus) that work on Yosemite, so if you have upgraded your Mac to the latest version of OSX, then you’ll need to go to the Hawkes Learning website for instructions on how to uninstall your current software and download the new version.
Here’s a short video highlighting some of the updates made to the addlestone library during the renovation.
