LibAnswers training session: Mon, Sept. 5 @ 2pm

There will be a LibAnswers training session in room 120 Monday, September 5, at 2pm in Rm 120. Topics covered will include logging in, claiming and answering patron questions, recording reference/computing transactions, and entering question-and-answer pairs into the knowledge base.

You are welcome to attend the training, or view the eight (8) LibAnswers video tutorials on our YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/CofCReference), or both.

It is important that everyone get a good handle on this because LibAnswers is going to become an integral part of the Reference/Computing workflow.   Questions, suggestions, concerns? Please feel welcome to ask and to air.
