Campus-Wide System Outage 6/19/17

The College of Charleston is experiencing a campus-wide server hardware failure.  Our IT department is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  The MyCharleston portal will not be accessible during this time.  Official transcript ordering will also be delayed as part of this system outage.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Degree Works Outage 6/13/17

Degree Works will not be available from noon to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 due to an IT system upgrade.

Degree Works will be unavailable from noon on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 due to end of term processing.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Degree Works Unavailable January 3 -5 2017

Degree Works and Chrome Update 44

7/28/15:  Recently, the Google Chrome browser updated to version 44.  There have been reports of Degree Works Audits showing a blank screen where a degree audit report normally displays. We have determined that it worked properly through Chrome version 43, so once users move to version 44 the blank screen problem is consistently occurring. In addition to the Audits tab, the Notes and Petitions are not working properly. They also display blank screens.

The vendor is working to identify the root cause and aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible.  Chrome 43 still works as do all other supported browsers.

We will keep you posted.

Degree Works will be available to the campus after 8:30 am on Friday, June 5, 2015.  Thank you for your patience during this upgrade!

Degree Works Unavailable June 1-5, 2015

Degree Works will be unavailable from 8am Monday, June 1, 2015 to 5pm Friday, June 5, 2015 for our annual version upgrade.  We hope to have service available before Friday but please plan for the entire week.  Stay tuned to our blog for updates.  Thank you!

Degree Works Disruption 1/30/15
