REMINDER: The last day for a student to withdraw with a grade of “W” from full semester classes is Thursday, October 29th.
October 23, 2015: Robert Scott Smalls (RSS) first floor classes will resume meeting in RSS 101-106 on Monday, October 26 with a few exceptions. Everyone originally assigned to one of these rooms, with the exception of the folks listed on this spreadsheet RSS Classroom Reassignments (PDF), should return to their original classroom. RSS 113 will remain offline for the rest of the semester.
October 13, 2015: The RSS first floor classroom repair work is still in progress. Please continue to meet in your alternate classroom sites until further notice. We hope to have a completion date very soon! Please review the RSS Temporary Classroom Reassignments (PDF) for up to date information on the affected rooms and their reassignments. This list is subject to change. Please check back often. We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary situation may cause.
Dear Faculty Members,
The 60 day deadline for all summer sessions is today, October 12, 2015.
Undergraduate Faculty members may wrap up arrangements with students for incomplete and missing grades by today, 10/12/2015. Then, please initiate the Undergraduate Interactive Change of Grade form from your MyCharleston Faculty Tab access. Complete the form as early as possible. Remember that forms must route through several approval stages; all of which must be completed by 5:00 pm October 19, 2015. On Monday, October 19, 2015 after 5:00 pm, Incomplete and Missing grades for all summer Sessions will convert to F’s.
Graduate Faculty, please remember that your Incomplete grading process has a different time frame as stipulated by the Graduate Studies Office. At the end of the Fall 2015 semester, your Spring semester and all summer 2015 sessions Incomplete and Missing grades will convert to F’s if the final grades have not been submitted by Thursday December 17, 2015. The Graduate interactive Change of Grade form is available through your MyCharleston Faculty Tab access.
