Important Notice about Transcript Requests

Final Fall 2011 Transcripts:
Transcripts with Fall 2011 Grades and Degrees will be available on December 21, 2011. You must select ‘Hold for Grades’ or ‘Hold For Degrees’ if you wish to have Fall 2011 Grades and Degrees included on any transcript ordered prior to the 21st.
Submission of Transcript Requests and the Holiday Break:
The College of Charleston will be closed for the Holiday Break from December 22, 2011 until January 3, 2012. Our last day in the office will be Wednesday December 21, 2011. All Transcript Requests must be submitted by the end of business on Friday December 16, 2011 in order to ensure the transcripts are mailed before the end of the year.
Please note that transcript requests received after this date will still be processed in the usual first come, first serve basis—therefore it is not guaranteed that all requests submitted after the 16th will be mailed prior to leaving for the holiday break as the processing time is 2-5 business days for all requests. Please plan accordingly to meet your deadline(s).
