Earth Week at the College of Charleston
Parents – Please share this with your students! The College of Charleston’s Mini Farmer’s Market is always a big hit!
Join Dining Services at the College of Charleston in celebrating Earth Week!
Monday, April 16th – Go Flexitarian and enjoy a meatless meal during lunch at the City Bistro! Come try our delicious eggplant parmesan, Veggie Bolognese, Veggie Supreme & Spinach and Ricotta pizza, Tomato Basil Soup and more!
Tuesday, April 17th – Weigh the Waste at Fresh Food Co. and City Bistro. See what we do to minimize post-consumer waste!
Wednesday, April 18th – Mini Farmer’s Market, 11am – 2pm in Cougar Mall (rain location = Stern Center Ballroom) Stop by and see what our local vendors have to offer! (Please keep in mind that all vendors may not have the capabilities to accept debit/credit cards)
Thursday, April 19th – Earth Week Trivia Game at the Stern Center Food Court from 11:30am – 1:30pm.
Friday, April 20th – Earth Day Celebration at Fresh Food Company and City Bistro during lunch
Don’t forget, Earth Day is on Sunday, April 22nd!
