H1N1 and Seasonal Flu Vaccine Update

Students & Colleagues,

We will be administering  H1N1 live nasal vaccine and H1N1 injectable vaccine:

Stern Center 2^nd Floor Lobby

Monday, December 7^th

9 – 12 &  2 – 4

Please keep in mind the live vaccine is for those individuals who are no older than 49 years and who do not have chronic medical conditions.  The injectable vaccine is for individuals who have chronic medical conditions.   If you are in doubt about which vaccine you should get, please email me.  The H1N1 vaccine is free to all students, faculty and staff.

Additionally, we will be administering Seasonal Influenza vaccine:

Wednesday, December 9^th

9 – 12 & 2 – 4

Seasonal flu vaccine is free to students and $25 for faculty and staff.  Please pay for your vaccine at the Treasurers’ Office and bring us your receipt or by check at the time of vaccination.  Cash will not be accepted.

Please note we will be on the 2^nd floor not the 1^st floor lobby!!
