Updated Timeline for 2020 Fulbright Applicants (as of 3/23/20)

A note to those applying to Fulbright in Fall 2020: The NCA Office is still operating virtually! Here’s an updated timeline for the next couple of weeks as well as the complete list of important deadlines from now until applications are due to Fulbright in October. In the meantime, email the office to set up a consultation over Google Meet or if you have any questions about the process moving forward. 

  • March 27: Contact us via email with your country and award of choice. Start writing your personal statement and grant statement of purpose using the resources on this page and the Fulbright website.
  • April 2Personal Statement Workshop to be posted via pre-recorded video. Share your draft with the NCA office via Google Docs by this deadline to begin receiving feedback.
  • April 9 Statement of Grant Purpose Workshop to be posted via pre-recorded video. Share your draft with the NCA office via Google Docs by this deadline to begin receiving feedback.
  • May 1: Revised draft of both the Personal Statement and Statement of Grant Purpose shared via Google Docs. Provide NCA with a list of your recommenders.
