Students will be able to maintain their current mailbox number for the duration of your on campus residency, as long as they complete the renewal form this year. If you do not return the Renewal form by 05/08/09, your mailbox will be assigned to another student and you’ll have to go through the process of obtaining another mailbox number.

Students Moving Off-Campus for Fall 2009: Any student moving off campus will need to return their key and Check Out of their mailbox during Open Period for Returns: 04/27/09- 05/08/09 at the Office of Mail Services. Student Mail Boxes are only provided for on- campus housing. Fill out the Checking Out form and return your key to the Office of Mail Services.
Returning your key: Please remember that keys are only to be returned to the Office of Mail Services during business hours, and not with your housing key. Housing will not assume any responsibility for lost or misplaced keys.
