Welcome to the Library blog for the College of Charleston North Campus and Lowcountry Graduate Center.

HOURS: The library is open M-F, from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Closed Sundays.

The librarian is generally on the premises 9:30 AM-6:00 PM M-TH; 9:30 AM-5:00 PM Friday,  but please make an appointment for help.

The library was designed to be a virtual library, providing resources for research from online sources and tools. If you need physical materials (books, DVDs) we will be happy to order them through Interlibrary Loan services.

Please don’t hesitate to ask the librarian for help. That’s why she’s here, to help you, and she is HAPPY to answer questions!
Mission Statement:

The goal for the North Campus and Lowcountry Graduate Center Library is to ensure that users have access to regular and timely instruction in the use of the library and other learning/information resources. Meeting this goal is through online tutorials, face to face instructions, and continued librarian outreach efforts. The population served includes faculty, students and community from the surrounding population, including neighborhood groups, business groups, the Center for Creative Retirement, Continuing Education and Professional Development, The Citadel, the College of Charleston, Clemson, University of South Carolina and the Medical University of South Carolina.
