But, have you ever paid any attention to the basis of such technological advancements? It is physics. What makes Physicists so special is their excellent mathematical, computational, analytical and problems solving skills. Consequently, they are sought in several different areas such as engineering, computers, medicine/biology, design and development, military, communication, economics, law, teaching, management and administration, etc. So, think about getting a PHYSICS degree for a bright future! Please read <strong><em>Physics Today, </em></strong><a title="Physics Today Article1" href="http://scitation.aip.org/getabs/servlet/GetabsServlet?prog=normal&amp;id=PHTOAD000050000005000059000001&amp;idtype=cvips&amp;gifs=yes"><strong><em><span style="color: #0000ff">1995</span></em></strong></a><strong><em> and </em></strong><a title="Physics Today Article 2" href="http://scitation.aip.org/vsearch/servlet/VerityServlet?KEY=PHTOAD&amp;smode=results&amp;sort=rel&amp;maxdisp=25&amp;threshold=0&amp;pjournals=PHTOAD&amp;possible1=economics&amp;possible1zone=article&amp;OUTLOG=NO&amp;viewabs=PHTOAD&amp;key=DISPLAY&amp;docID=3&amp;page=0&amp;chapter=0"><strong><em><span style="color: #0000ff">1997</span></em></strong></a> for more interesting facts and <a title="physics hiring" href="http://www.aip.org/statistics/trends/states/state.html"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff">click here</span></strong> </a>to find out who is hiring physics majors.</p>

I&#8217;ll be teaching Introductory Physics (Phys-101), Electronics (Phys-320), and Electronics Lab (Phys-320L) this semester.  I&#8217;ve always enjoyed my role as a physics teacher in fostering the scientific knowledge and creativity of our students. I hope I&#8217;ll be able to provide the right guidance to my students to achieve their dream in this semester as well and I am looking forward to another productive and exciting year!</p>
